Refund & Cancellation Policy

1.Exam Fees, Admission Fees, Semester and Tuition Fees

• 1) Exam Fees, Admission Fees, Semester and Tuition Fees once paid are non-refundable.

• 2) Fees are collected for enrollment, administration, training, and resource allocation.

2.Duplicate or Failed Transactions

• 1) If a payment is debited multiple times or a transaction fails but amount is deducted, the excess amount will be refunded after verification.

• 2) Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

3. Cancellation by Academy

In rare cases where an exam or course is cancelled by the academy, eligible refunds (if any) will be processed after internal review.

4. Refund Processing

• All approved refunds will be initiated through the original payment gateway.
• Processing time may vary depending on banks or payment providers.
