Welcome to Aangika Fine Arts Academy. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the payment features offered through our admin application. By using the payment functionality, you agree to these Terms.

1. Scope

These Terms apply to all payments made by students (or their representatives) for tuition fees, exam fees, admission fees, and other course-related charges through our application.

2. Payment Processing

We use Razorpay as our payment gateway provider to process payments. When you make a payment:

• Payment transactions are processed on Razorpay's secure servers. Your card or UPI details are handled by Razorpay and are subject to Razorpay's privacy and security policies.
• We do not store full card numbers or UPI PINs on our servers.
• Payment confirmation will be shown on-screen and an email/SMS may be sent to the contact details provided at the time of payment.

3. Fees and Taxes

Fees displayed during checkout are inclusive/exclusive of taxes as indicated on the payment page. Any applicable taxes, government levies, or statutory charges shall be borne by the payer unless otherwise stated.

4. Refunds & Cancellation Policy

Refunds are processed according to the rules below:

• Requests for refunds must be submitted to aangikaacademy@gmail.com with payment reference and reason for refund.
• Refund eligibility depends on the fee type (tuition, exam, admission) and the date of request. Specific refund windows and deduction rules (if any) will be communicated at the time of payment or in the relevant fee policy document.
• Processing time for approved refunds is subject to Razorpay's payout timelines and the payer’s bank — typically 7–10 business days after approval, but may vary.
• Transaction charges, payment gateway fees, or other administrative fees may be non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

5. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

If you believe a payment was charged incorrectly, please contact us immediately at +91 9486411741 or aangikaacademy@gmail.com. We will investigate and work with Razorpay to resolve the matter. In case of chargebacks initiated through the payer's bank, we will provide necessary documentation to Razorpay and the bank to support our records.

6. Security

We employ industry-standard security measures to protect payment data on our end. However:

• Complete security of payment instruments is managed by the payment provider (Razorpay) and your issuing bank.
• You should never share your payment credentials, OTPs, or UPI PIN with anyone.

7. Data & Privacy

We collect and process personal information required to complete the payment transaction (name, email, phone number, billing details). Payment-specific data handled by Razorpay is subject to Razorpay’s privacy policy. For details on how we use personal data.

8. Refunds for Failed/Cancelled Transactions

In the event of a failed or cancelled transaction where funds were debited, we will coordinate with Razorpay to initiate a reversal. The timeframe for reversal depends on the payment method and the payer’s bank.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aangika Fine Arts Academy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the payment service, delays in processing, or payment failures caused by third-party payment providers, banks, or network issues.

10. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified on the site or by email. Continued use of the payment feature after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
